Human Resource and Operation Support Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $19-$22/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday hours can be flexible but all on-site
Job Scope: As the front-office contact at BCRI, the person in this position will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, facilitating smooth and efficient business operations. The primary goal is to provide professional service to our employees while ensuring compliance to BCRI’s personnel policies and operational procedures. This includes assisting in both functions such as onboarding new employees, record keeping, payroll, benefits administration along with phone and computer assignments and annual reporting and records from an operational perspective. Additional administrative duties include interacting with callers and vendors, providing positive customer service to all who call or visit BCRI.
Required Experience: Minimum of two years’ Human Resources experience required. Proficiency in HIPAA, ethics, and diversity protocols, with a problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of human resource policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
