Hotline Counselor - Shift Lead

Position Type:  Full-Time and Part-Time

Pay Rate: $24/hour

Shifts: Monday – Friday Full Time (3pm-11pm), (11pm-7am)

             Saturday and Sunday Part Time (3pm-11pm)

Job Scope:  The primary goal of the lead call center counselor position is to provide oversight of call center operations during scheduled shift.  The shift lead is responsible for ensuring that call center operations are flowing and policies are followed.  The shift lead will provide regular updates to the call center manager/director.

Educational Requirements: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field. 

Experience: Call center and behavioral health experience required.  Knowledge of data systems and programs such as excel.
