Director of Crisis Residential Services- LCOC or LCSW-C Required

The Director is responsible for providing clinical, operational and programmatic management for the Crisis Residential Unit (CRU), ensuring the continuity of care for all CRU clients.   Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or other related field required, along with five years’ experience in the field of behavioral health counseling, with at least three years providing behavioral health supervision.  Must have Maryland clinical licensure  and a valid driver's license.

Director of Mobile Crisis Services-Full Time

The Director is responsible for providing clinical, operational and programmatic management for the Mobile Crisis Team (MCT), ensuring the continuity of care for all BCRI clients.  This position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human services field.  Maryland licensure and a minimum of 3 years post graduate clinical management experience is required.

Registered Nurse- 11:00pm-7:00am -Friday & Saturday

The primary goal of this position is to provide mobile mental health services including intervention, treatment and somatic care to Hotline referrals and clients of BCRI between the hours of 11:00pm-7:00am.  RN license with the Maryland Board of Nursing required (BSN preferred), along with a valid driver’s license. One year of mental health/addiction experience working with individuals in the public behavioral health system is preferable. Shift differential is available for this position.

LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) Case Manager--Full Time  

The primary goal of this position is to facilitate, manage and coordinate the linkage of LEAD clients with other service providers, support agencies and institutions. Bachelors degree preferred, associates degree or candidates who successfully completed a specialized training program will be considered.  Minimum of one year of community mental health experience required.
