Lead Hotline Counselor

The goal of this position is to provide effective monitoring and limited oversight of BCRI’s specialized hotline program and the crisis hotline counselors. The position is also responsible for answering calls and providing appropriate services to callers. These services include supportive counseling, information & referrals, crisis intervention counseling and suicide prevention, along with intake screening of callers to the Mobile Crisis Team and other community services.  Master’s Degree in related field and Maryland licensure (LCSW-C or LCPC) required.  One year of community mental health experience highly desired.  Click here to apply!


Crisis Therapist / Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Full time 10am-6pm

The primary goal of this position is to provide mental health care including evaluation, crisis intervention, referral, and/or treatment to Hotline referrals and clients of BCRI.  Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field, from an accredited college or university. Candidates must have applicable Maryland State licenses and certification (LGSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC).  Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with individuals in the public behavioral health system is preferable. Click Here To Apply!


Registered Nurse for Mobile Crisis Team--Full time and per diem

The primary goal of this position is to provide behavioral health crisis intervention, treatment and somatic care to BCRI clients.  RN license with the Maryland Board of Nursing (BSN preferred), one year of mental health/addiction experience and valid driver’s license required.  Click here to apply!


Hotline Counselor--Weekend Hours

The primary goal of this position is to provide appropriate services to the caller, which may include supportive counseling, information and referrals, crisis intervention counseling, suicide prevention and intake screening of callers to the Mobile Crisis Team.
