Director of Crisis Residential Services- LCPC or LCSW-C Required
The Director is responsible for providing clinical, operational and programmatic management for the Crisis Residential Unit (CRU), ensuring the continuity of care for all CRU clients. Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or other related field required, along with five years’ experience in the field of behavioral health counseling, with at least three years providing behavioral health supervision. Must have Maryland clinical licensure and a valid driver's license.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor for Mobile Crisis Services—FT and PT
The primary goal of this position is to provide mental health care including client evaluation, crisis intervention, referral, and/or treatment to those referred by the BCRI Hotline and onsite clients of BCRI. Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field required, along with applicable Maryland State licenses and certification of LGSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC. A valid driver’s license is also required. A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with individuals in the public behavioral health system is preferable. Full time and per diem positions are available.
Registered Nurse- 11:00pm-7:00am for Mobile Crisis Services
The primary goal of this position is to provide mobile mental health services including intervention, treatment and somatic care to Hotline referrals and clients of BCRI between the hours of 11:00pm-7:00am. RN license with the Maryland Board of Nursing required (BSN preferred), along with a valid driver’s license. One year of mental health/addiction experience working with individuals in the public behavioral health system is preferable. Shift differential is available for this position.
LPN-Substance Use Program Weekend Per Diem
The primary goal of this position is to provide behavioral health crisis intervention, treatment and somatic care to clients, serving as a responsible member of the nursing team in the delivery of client care. LPN license with the Maryland Board of Nursing required; minimum of one year of mental health/addiction experience and a Bachelor’s degree in mental health preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
