Behavioral Health Clinician for the Crisis Response Team (CRT)
Full time weekdays 11am to 7pm
The primary goal of this position is to work with CRT police officers, responding directly to individuals in Baltimore City’s Central District experiencing a behavioral health crisis, including 911 and other police dispatch calls. The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide crisis intervention services including crisis assessment and referral, psychiatric evaluation, mediation, behavioral health education and support, brief solution-focused treatment, de-escalation and critical incident de-briefing. Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field from an accredited college or university required, as well as Maryland State licensure and certification of LGSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC. Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Full time weekdays 9am-5pm
The primary goal of this position is to provide mental health care including evaluation, crisis intervention, referral, and/or treatment to Hotline referrals and clients of BCRI. Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field, from an accredited college or university. Candidates must have applicable Maryland State licenses and certification (LGSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC). Substance Use Charge Nurse - Full time 10am-6pm
The primary goal of this position is to provide timely and effective substance use and mental health services, crisis intervention and somatic care to clients on the Detox Unit. Serve as a responsible member of the nursing team, interacting with clients, professional team members and other supportive personnel involved in the delivery of client care. RN license with the Maryland Board of Nursing required. At least three years of mental health/addiction experience and a Bachelor’s degree in mental health preferred. Ability to work with multiple projects and demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork.
