Licensed Mental Health Counselor- 11:00pm-7:00am

The primary goal of this position is to provide mobile mental health services including evaluation, crisis intervention, referral, and/or treatment to Hotline referrals and clients of BCRI between the hours of 11:00pm-7:00am.  Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field from an accredited college or university is required, along with applicable Maryland State licensure/certification (LGSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC) and a valid driver’s license.  Minimum of two years’ post-graduate experience working with individuals in the public behavioral health system is preferable.  Shift differential is available for this position.

Registered Nurse for Mobile Crisis Team- 11:00pm-7:00am 

The primary goal of this position is to provide mobile mental health services including intervention, treatment and somatic care to Hotline referrals and clients of BCRI between the hours of 11:00pm-7:00am.  RN license with the Maryland Board of Nursing required (BSN preferred), along with a valid driver’s license. One year of mental health/addiction experience working with individuals in the public behavioral health system is preferable. Shift differential is available for this position.

Peer Support Specialist for Mobile Crisis Team -11:00pm-7:00am

The primary goal of this position is to work in collaboration with the Mobile Crisis Team clinical staff to provide mobile mental health services, including brief crisis intervention, evaluation, de-escalation, peer advocacy & mentoring, responding to mobile Hotline referrals between the hours of 11:00pm-7:00am. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Peer support specialist certification and valid driver's license is required. Must have a minimum of two years of experience working in the field of peer recovery, along with experiential expertise living with addiction and/or mental illness and knowledge of mental health and addiction resources in Baltimore City.  A shift differential is available for this position.

Director of Crisis Residential Services

The Director is responsible for providing clinical, operational and programmatic management for the Crisis Residential Unit (CRU), ensuring the continuity of care for all CRU clients.  Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or other related field required, along with five years’ experience in the field of behavioral health counseling, with at least three years providing behavioral health supervision.  Must have clinical licensure under the Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.

LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) Peer Recovery Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to assist LEAD targeted case managers in order to facilitate, manage and coordinate the linkage of LEAD clients with other service providers, recovery agencies and institutions.  The LEAD Peer Recovery Specialist will also provide effective and ethically appropriate services to peers including peer advocacy, mentoring, coaching, education, support, and wellness and recovery.  Candidates must have a high school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.  Peer support certification is also preferred, and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.

Targeted Case Management Coordinator

The primary goal of this position is to provide clinical and administrative oversight to the Targeted Case Management program. This position requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field, along with appropriate state licensure (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC). Experience working with psychiatric and dually-diagnosed clients required.  Supervisory and community mental health experience preferred.
