Registered Nurse for Mobile Crisis Team- 11:00pm-7:00am
The primary goal of this position is to provide mobile mental health services including intervention, treatment and somatic care to Hotline referrals and clients of BCRI between the hours of 11:00pm-7:00am. RN license with the Maryland Board of Nursing required (BSN preferred), along with a valid driver’s license. One year of mental health/addiction experience working with individuals in the public behavioral health system is preferable. Shift differential is available for this position.

Director of Crisis Residential Services
The Director is responsible for providing clinical, operational and programmatic management for the Crisis Residential Unit (CRU), ensuring the continuity of care for all CRU clients. Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or other related field required, along with five years’ experience in the field of behavioral health counseling, with at least three years providing behavioral health supervision. Must have clinical licensure under the Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.
LPN and RN with Detox Experience
The primary goal of these positions is to provide behavioral health crisis intervention, treatment and somatic care to BCRI clients. RN or LPN license with the Maryland Board of Nursing required. Full time and per diem hours available.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Overnight Shift
Full time-Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday 11pm to 7am
Part time-Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday 11pm to 7am
The primary goal of this position is to provide clinical oversight to the overnight Mobile Crisis Team. Mobile crisis teams run in Baltimore City and include a Mental Health Counselor, Registered Nurse and a Peer Support Specialist. Also responsible for the evaluation and diagnosis of clients admitted to BCRI’S Crisis Residential Unit. Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, Licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland, and a valid DEA license required along with experience in community mental health, including emergency psychiatry, crisis intervention and substance use.

Director of Mobile Crisis Services
The Director is responsible for providing clinical, operational and programmatic management for the Mobile Crisis Team (MCT), ensuring the continuity of care for all BCRI clients. This position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human services field. Maryland licensure and a minimum of 3 years post graduate clinical management experience is required.
Per Diem ALI Client Navigator
24-32 hours per week, primarily weekdays and occasional weekend day
The primary goal of this position is to support the Director and Lead Client Navigator in outreach services with HCV and HIV screening, testing, pre- and post-test counseling, HIV/HCV risk reduction education groups and outreach events. Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university required. Experience in mental health, substance abuse, HIV/HCV, and dual-diagnosis is preferred. A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle also required.
